My place of residence for four days in Paris, which is a short walk from the magnificent Notre Dame cathedral.

This was me hanging perilously out of the balcony of my hotel room :fear: ~ a song comes to mind...

And I was thinking to myself,
"This could be heaven or this could be hell"
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say...

Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place
Such a lovely face
Plenty of room at the Hotel California

cool picture. the first thing that caught my eye was the abundance of white on the right side. ie the sign, and on the left it is contrasted by a buildings shadow. killer.

Thankyou. Yeah I can understand your comment on the negative strip - this is the first from my Paris series that is portrait not landscape ... on the others it runs along the bottom so doesn't create imbalance.

And there was nothing there to steal AT ALL :P
